Crash Safari link: How to avoid and fix the iOS 9.2.1 glitch

It is unclear whether this updated version of iOS 9.3 addresses the prominent Safari link crashing issue that we pointed out last week, but it seems to primarily focus on the activation errors that were causing some devices to brick.

The link crashing problem impacts any iPhone or iPad that has installed a particular app on their device, like booking.com or a few similar ones, which breaks the device. Apple has not released a fix for that yet.
